Songwriting - My approach to songwriting is this - anyone can write a song! My goal is to show you some simple, fun, practical and effective methods of how you can write a song (you don't even need to be able to play an instrument!). Once you finish your song, you'll also have the opportunity to record it if you desire to do so (these lessons can tie in very well with the music production lessons). We will cover topics such as: Lyrics Chords Melody Structure Co-writing Music production - After the initial stages of writing the song, you'll learn how to record it and turn it into a sonically awesome sounding piece of music. We'll cover topics such as: Recording Editing Mixing Mastering MIDI Programming (drums and synthesized sounds) Effects Dynamics Equalisation Genres/Styles: Rock and pop Acoustic/singer-songwriter Orchestral Gospel Soundtrack/instrumental Releasing your music - After developing your song to an excellent standard, you'll then have an opportunity to learn how to share it with the world on iTunes, Spotify and other digital music stores. I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, experience, and goals. Children (7–12 years old) For younger students, lessons focus on building confidence while making learning fun. We begin with simple vocal warm-ups and ear training to develop pitch and intonation, then move on to singing their favourite songs, encouraging good vocal habits in an enjoyable way. Teenagers (12-17 years old) With teenage students, we start with more structured vocal warm-ups and exercises. As we discover their natural voice, we work on developing a comfortable vocal range, improving technique, and applying these skills through songs that suit their voice and interests. Adults and seniors (18+) For adult students, lessons are usually divided into two parts. We begin with vocal technique, focusing on breathing, diaphragm support, scales, arpeggios, and intonation. We then apply these techniques through singing, helping you develop confidence, control, and healthy vocal habits. I will give you repertoire to study or we will study the pieces you have to prepare. The final goal will be to sing on a musical accompaniment. Every student learns at a different pace. Some may spend more time building a solid technical foundation before moving on to more challenging repertoire, and that’s perfectly fine. My priority is to ensure that every student feels comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their vocal journey. I teach children, teenagers, and adults and seniors from complete beginners to advanced singers. My classical training provides a strong technical foundation that can be applied to any musical style, whether you enjoy pop, musical theatre, jazz, rock, or classical singing. Whatever your age or experience, I’d love to help you discover and develop your voice. Let’s sing!

My guitar lessons are designed to make learning guitar fun and rewarding. I break down new concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps, so students can build their skills and confidence without feeling overwhelmed. From your very first lesson, you’ll start learning a real song! I teach the fundamentals of guitar through carefully selected songs, giving you the opportunity to start making music right away. Once you’ve learned the basics, you get to choose songs you actually want to play, and we use those songs to continue building your skills and expanding what you can do on the guitar. I believe learning guitar is much more enjoyable when you get to play the music you listen to and love. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience, I’ll help you develop the skills you need while keeping lessons fun and motivating.
