I have been teaching live for 10 years, and on Skype for 5 years. As long as your internet connection is good, skype can be almost as good as being in the same room. I have studied with many of the leading teachers in Europe and the USA. I started my education at Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music (London), where I studied with James Sleigh for five years. I was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, and the National Youth Strings Academy. I the studied my Bachelor of Music at the Royal College of Music (London), where I studied with Andriy Viytovych. I have a Masters of Music from Trinity Laban College of Music and Dance (London), studying under Roger Chase, and a Masters in Fine Art from Gothenburg University (Sweden) with Øvyor Volle (Vertavo Quartet). I also studied in the USA at the Manhattan School of Music, New York, and Chicago College of Performing Arts. I work as a professional viola player across the UK and Scandinavia, with such orchestras as Bergen, Norwegian Radio, Gothenburg Symphony, Norrkoping Symphony, Jonkoping Sinfonietta, Aarhus Symphony, and English National Ballet Philharmonic. I am also a music arranger and transcriber. I can give lessons once or twice a week. Please note that twice a week does allow for fast progression. I always thought about how the ancient Greeks introduced Music as an essential subject in school. Music was to heal, to entertain, to get to know yourself more. I'm just finished my studies in the University of Arts of Codarts (Rotterdam) and I can't deny I will always keep learning after finishing my degree.
