I love teaching piano and violin and have taught many students, adults and children, beginners to advanced. I have also taught children and adults with learning disabilities. Each lesson is tailored to each individual and pupils can learn to play through classic/rock/pop music. Lessons are fun they also include improvisation and music quizzes and music theory. Grades may also be worked towards and taken if pupil wishes and all my pupils have achieved merits or distinctions. I have played violin for shows in provincial theatres and in the Millitaire Orchestra at Mansion House, Guildhall, Tower of London and The Painted Hall in Greenwich and also played in various quartets for weddings. I have a PA system and play an electric violin for weddings and functions playing pop or classical music. I have also taken a year's course in introduction to Music Therapy which was a very interesting course and am currently studying for Certificate for Music Educators.

Nedelina has over 6 years of teaching experience with students from age 4 to 65 in guitar, piano and ukulele, and preparing them for Trinity and ABRSM exams. Thus far, her students have achieved distinctions in multiple graded exams, including gaining admission into the Junior Trinity programme. In addition to individual teaching, she has designed and created original teaching materials, including an instrumental guitar book for ensemble playing. As a current music teaching assistant and guitar tutor, she organises, manages and provides classroom music lessons to over 80 students from various backgrounds. Elfair works as a professional harpist and is an enthusiastic harp teacher who is happy to teach young children, teenagers and adults. Elfair is committed to her work and takes into account each pupil’s individual needs; she is comfortable working with beginners, intermediate and advanced students. She can teach both lever and pedal harps, music theory and aural training. Elfair prepares students for ABRSM exams, concerts, competitions and auditions. Elfair completed her Master’s degree with distinction at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, after gaining her BMus degree at the conservatoire with first class honours in 2011 as an ABRSM Scholar. Following successes in major competitions, she is an accomplished musician who has embarked on a professional career as a freelance harpist; including working as an artist for the Live Music Now scheme, Music in Hospitals, and touring with the harp quartet CLOUDS. In 2014 Elfair was invited to teach at the Tamnak Prathom Harp Centre in Bangkok, Thailand. During the two years Elfair taught in Bangkok, she taught all ages and all abilities, ranging from beginner (children and adults) to university level. She represented the Centre at international events and festivals, including Singapore HarpFest (2015) and The Third International Harp Festival and Youth Competition (2016). Throughout this time, many of her students competed and performed to an exceptionally high level. In the Thailand Festival Elfair was very proud that one of her young students reached the final round of the competition, playing repertoire of Grade 7 standard and above after only 18months of learning the harp. During these events, she has mixed and conversed various teaching methods with some of the most notable harpists in our generation. During her years studying for her Masters at the RNCM, Elfair started her work as deputy harp teacher at the RNCM Junior Department. In June 2013 Elfair took the role of teaching harp, covering maternity leave at three private schools in central Manchester; The Manchester Grammar School, Manchester High School for Girls and Withington Girls’ School. Elfair is also an experienced piano teacher with pupils successfully passing ABRSM exams. Elfair has a valid DBS certificate. Member of The Incorporated Society of Musicians.

I've taught all ages from 4 years old and above at a range of levels. I myself have a degree in Music with the piano being my primary study. As a pianist and musical director myself, I'm a huge advocate of learning to play the styles of music that you love, whether this be popular, jazz, classical or musical theatre.
