Hi my name is Francesco , I am originally from Italy but consider myself a 3rd culture child as I spent most of my life in South Africa, India , Chile , Brazil, United Kingdom and no Spain. I have been passionate about music my entire life and this year I graduated from Salford University (UK) with a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music and Recording. I am also studying a teaching degree with Moreland University and will be doing an internship in March with a private school here in Barcelona . I believe teaching /learning should be fun and concepts should be explained in the simplest possible way .

I give classes for guitar, bass guitar, theory, composition, arranging, mixing and production in English with intermediate Spanish.

I have my own approach to teaching drawn from my own inspirational teachers and the experience of teaching, performing and recording for over 30 years.

I adapt to the needs and goals of the student, but a typical 1st year class for guitar would involve focusing on a variety of pieces in different styles and suggestions of any helpful technical exercises, reading, rhythm playing, expanding chord/harmony knowledge and supporting theory.
