Drums, as with bass guitar are the backbone of any good song, and the foundation upon which the music is built. Despite not being as famous as lead vocals or lead guitar. Drums in my opinion is much more fun, at all levels of performance.

I will teach you how to play the drums, how to fit the style to the genre and we will learn by practice by breaking down the famous classics, and explain what part drums played to make these classics so good.

We will use my electronic drumset, which is not as good as the real thing but is definitely good for starters. There are ways you can practice at home without a drumset as well. And we can expand later and rent a studio room, where I can jam with you on the guitar even!

I'm a former New York City voice teacher/coach, professional singer and an award winning composer who has relocated to Berlin. I've taught with the most reputable children's musical theatre organizations in NYC with students of all ages as well as private students and I've worked with Broadway stars such as Laura Osnes, Karen Mason and Ron Bohmer, who have also recorded my music, and I'm excited to bring my 20 yrs of teaching experience to Berlin! I'm a classically trained singer who performed with the San Francisco Opera and other companies both in opera and musical theatre for many years. I graduated in piano with the highest honors under the guidance of Maestro Roberto Corlianò. Later I worked in: Salzburg, Austria (as a piano teacher's assistant) and later in Italy and in the Netherlands as a piano teacher.
