My name is Juliette, a young professional violinist who obtained my master's degree at the Brussels Conservatory in 2018 in the class of Shirly Laub. With my experience, I offer violin and music theory lessons. I have been teaching the violin for 10 years, while continuing my activity as a substitute at the National Orchestra of Belgium and at the Brussels Philharmonic. I adapt my lessons to each student, by offering courses focused on technique or more free, according to each person's expectations. My adaptability extends to all levels and all ages!

Individual lessons at my flat in Rue Breydel (Schuman). I have a long experience of teaching, as well as playing and giving lecture recitals. One of my pupils came second in the 'Grand Concours pour les Amateurs' in Paris, and others won prizes for the highest Grade 8 ABRSM. But I am also experienced at teaching beginners and helping them to read music, using new and old methods. If you want to play the piano, then I am ready to help you!

Whether you want to play just for fun or to become a professional pianist I can give you a personalised course. At the beginning of the course, I will evaluate your level and give you recommendations of what we can work on. There are two main types of courses: - a hobbyist course: it won’t be time consuming. I will help you learn new pieces and a little theory and solfege. The primary goal of this course is to make you enjoy playing in your spare time without having to practice too much. - a professional course: in this course I will help you reach the level of a professional musician. I will give you an insight of how to prepare a piece or pieces for a competition or an audition. I will also teach a lot of theory and solfege so that you can prepare for a conservatory or a school of music.

I offer piano lessons for beginners or experienced pianists (intermediate-advanced level) Together we will address all facets of piano playing: touch, rhythmic accuracy, musicality, harmony... giving an important place to harmonic listening. We will study pieces from the classical repertoire, but also jazz, song, folk, pop.... We will work on the independence of both hands by taking crossroads such as clapping or improvisation: guaranteed pleasure ;) Lessons can take place at my home or at the student's home, as long as the student lives in a place easily accessible by transport... I am a professional oboist with over 20 years of specialised music education in England, Germany, and Belgium and performing experience with some of the best orchestras in the world including the London Symphony Orchestra, Gurzenich Orchestra in Koln, and National Orchestra of Belgium. I have experience teaching young children, teenagers, and adults as well as giving group lessons. I offer private one on one lessons either in my home or yours (and at the moment via webcam) with a focus on fun, musical fluency, gaining confidence in technique, and learning repertoire. Whether you're a complete beginner or more advanced, feel free to take some lessons with me and we can work on whatever area you would like to improve on. The learning techniques I have been able to acquire are numerous since I have been able to study music from different aspects and, therefore, the choices are multiple. It is important for me to create a bond with the student so that my music lessons are joyful, fun moments, focusing my learning on positive reinforcement, encouraging, while being effective and serious ;) In piano, I was trained in classical music, but also in current music, pop, soul, etc. In singing, I am trained in jazz, but also in ESTILL technique (vocal coaching), current music and many others. My name is Boris and I am myself a student in the Royal Conservatory of Brussels so I know how hard it can be sometimes. I will do my best to show you the fun side of playing the piano which I've been doing for 17 years now :)

I'm a young professional musicians, based in Brussels. I graduated with top marks in Conservatorio di Milano G. Verdi, after studying in Sibelius Academy ( Helsinki). I work as a freelance musician and teacher in classical, jazz, contemporary and pop music. I play french horn (s) and piano, and I'm experienced as a producer and music teacher. besides normal lessons, I'm used to give public lecture and lessons about music history and colture. I'm in love with all kinds of music made to connect people and to communicate, and my teaching goal is to share with student my passion, letting them experience it in the more engaging way possible.
