About Me

Pianist and alumni of the Conservatoire of Damascus, skilled music composer with over a decade of experience in arranging and creating musical pieces. An experienced lounge pianist for high end hotels. My clients include Sheraton Hotel and Le Méridien Hotel in Damascus, Syria. I focus on delivering sublime piano playing with a repertoire ranging from light pop to upbeat jazz, I always ensure the music is responsive, tasteful and will keep guests entertained. I worked as a sound engineer since 2005 in many concerts in indoor and outdoor theatres. I had many clients from different bands (symphony orchestras, eastern bands, western bands, minstrel groups, choir groups...) I had many concerts with the National Symphony Orchestra in Syria at the Opera House and during the (Music on the Road) project, which lasted for four consecutive years, as I supervised 4 concerts a week in four parks in Damascus, through which I dealt with all kinds of orchestras and bands. I established my own studio “Gaia Studio” in 2008. Since then, I have built up professional experience in music and sound editing software, handling a wide variety of programs to compose, synthesize, revise music, recording live instruments (strings, flute, qanun, lute, guitar, etc), bands, singers, choirs, and audio books. I have worked and recorded music for several well-known composers such as Iyad Al Rimawi, Saad Al Husseini, Taher Mamelli, Layal Watfeh, Fadi Mardini, Souad Bushnak, and Radwan Nasri. Capable of both transcription and transposition, possessing a strong background in music theory. Familiarity with a range of musical genres, with special experience in film, TV, and commercial scoring. GAIA studio specializes in sound recording, mixing, and audio and music production and audio post-production of instrumental or vocal musical performances, spoken words and other sounds. I moved to Dubai in April 2022 to continue working as an audio engineer, whether through the new studio in Dubai or by continuing to work with many bands on many different occasions.
