Graduated in Classical Piano from an Italian Conservatory and with a Master Degree in "Music Theory and Composition - Scoring for Film and Multimedia" form New York University (US), I am a passionate and patient teacher.

My lesson are tailored according to your needs: you can learn piano technique, interpretation, how to play your favorite song, music theory and solfeggio. Do you need to prepare an exam? I will help you in that. If you would like to compose music, I can teach you the right way to create a melody, to harmonize it, to compose music for single instruments or for orchestra in the style you like.

About Me

Born and raised in Italy, I currently live in London (UK). In the past, I spent many years in New York City (US), where I studied music composition at the Juilliard School of Music and gained a Master in Music Theory and Composition - Scoring for Film and Multimedia from New York University. I am experienced music and piano teacher (I gave children, teenagers and adults (from beginners to advanced) private music and piano lessons for more than 10 years). I also compose music for films, advertisements, documentaries, etc.

I believe the important aspect of being a good teacher is having excellent communication and organizational skills. I also believe that I possess these qualities. I am an enthusiastic, determined, highly motivated and patient teacher.

I think music is emotions and joy, and everyone can learn how to play an instrument or how to sing a song: a music teacher has to help people to experience those emotions and joy. Music is inside everyone, and a good teacher teaches how you can express it.

I’m a professional musician who studied on the highly regarded jazz course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance; whilst at Trinity I also studied Flute with members of some of London’s prestigious orchestras. I've performed all over London at well known venues like Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club and The South Bank Centre but also played around in the city in jazz clubs like Kansas Smitty’s and Olivers. As well as performing in London I’ve played all around the UK and abroad at festivals such as the New Generations Festival in Florence (playing with American jazz artists such as Dominic Farinacci and Dan Tepfer). I’m also a highly experienced and regard teacher having taught all the way from university level to primary school. My teaching adapts to the pupil after we identify the areas we want to and wish to work on but also aspects of playing i think you need to improve or will be good to work on. Ableton Live is the new standard for electronic music. Its very easy to learn and with only a couple of lessons you will be able to start making your own music! Used by almost all EDM, House, Deep House and even Pop artists it is the must-have tool in the new decade. In our classes we will go over making beats, basic music theory, song-writing techniques and production techniques including advanced sound design with synthesizers. If requested, we can also move on to mixing to make your tracks sound just like what you hear on the radio.

I specialize in Ableton Live and have released albums on multiple record labels. I hold a degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering from Point Blank Music School and I am currently the Music Content Manager at Vochlea Music and the lead Ableton tutorial writer for Attack Magazine. Instrument Tuition:

Very flexible approach, I will teach based on individual needs. Beginners will learn the basics of the guitar, basic chords, basic scales etc. And advanced players will learn more complex chords, intricate scales, harmonies and improvisation.

I work as a professional viola player across the UK and Scandinavia, with such orchestras as Swedish Radio Orchestra, Stockholm Philharmonic, Bergen, Norwegian Radio, Gothenburg Symphony, Norrkoping Symphony, Jonkoping Sinfonietta, Aarhus Symphony, and English National Ballet Philharmonic.
