The course that I propose is BILINGUAL FRENCH / ENGLISH, as well as 2 BOOKS. Age and musical taste are not restrictive when in the program, you can with qualitative daily work (not quantitative) quickly observe your progress. Here the pleasure of playing music is put forward. The kind of music you love most will be the focus of the course, their codes and secrets will be the focus of our study, that's what I want to share with you. We can do technical lessons and simply learn together how to play one or more songs of your choice or mine, enrich your game with this approach and your repertoire! (For example, We can re-arrange the pieces and make them more original by approaching the system (CAGED), and enriching their chords, resulting in new positions, new techniques and new sounds, using arpeggio techniques rather than strumming for 4-chord pieces, voicing and fingerstyle techniques, in short, expanding the instrument's playing fields and playing skills to keep progressing in your game and improve your rehearsals ...) If you make a request, this program is obviously accompanied by the pleasure of learning more in theory and being able to directly apply new knowledge on its instrument and identify its common or rare use in the pieces discussed in class. In this case, the theory is translated to be accessible to anyone, both for those who are connoisseurs and for those who discover everything from absolute zero. Holding an Integrated Master’s Degree in Jazz guitar performance from the Ionian University, I've accumulated years of teaching experience. My approach empowers students to discover their unique learning paths and guitar approaches. Welcome to the music class! Here, we are gonna discover the wonders of learning an instrument. From reading note letters, implementing a proper form to sight reading a piece, we are gonna learn in our own pace. If you're just learning music now and it feels like there's a lot to understand, don't worry we're gonna start from the basics. I will help you understand music and its elements. With your dedication and my guidance, I'm positive that we will get a good result!

My approach to the lessons is based on creating them on a student's scale, based on all the needs he expresses and on the basis of his potential. Enthusiasm and motivation are the main means I use to convey the technical / theoretical notions and the love for music. The lessons are dedicated to all ages and all levels.

I'm a musician, teacher and DJ from New York City. In the Geneva area teaching kids and adults, from absolute beginners to intermediate and advanced students. We use songs that students like, tailoring classes to the individual student. As well as teaching privately and through Aprentus, I've been a teacher at La Grande Boissière and GEMS Academy in Etoy. Parents and School references available on request. In New York city, I was an adjunct professor teaching for 4 years at Long Island University in Brooklyn. The courses were in music software programs (Reason, Garageband, Ableton). Students learnt to produce and mix their own songs in various styles — hip hop, reggae, house, electro as well as music for animation and film. In addition, I've composed music for television and have a long history of DJing in NY clubs and releasing music, vinyl and digital which I've continued to do since moving to Geneva.

Learn the most common chords and be able to play your first song after just 1 lesson! You will build a solid foundation in guitar playing through carefully selected songs that you get to choose from. Once you get the hang of the fundamentals, you get to tell me which songs you want to learn during our lessons to expand your skills and become more proficient, and I will teach you how to read and play your favorite songs like a master! After learning the more common chords and basics of guitar playing, you will learn about strumming patterns, finger picking, and tabs through the songs of your choice. One benefit of this technological world is that we can find almost anything online if we know where and how to look, which includes most of our favorite songs. All you have to do is give me the names of songs you would like to play, and I will work my magic to help you achieve that goal. Playing the songs you listen to and love makes the lessons a lot more fun and rewarding for everyone. My guitar lessons inspire creativity and help develop new students into world-class players. Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (…). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (…).
