About Me

Eduardo desarrolla su actividad profesional en diferentes campos: como pianista, compositor/arreglista/orquestador, programador musical y docente. Su trabajo está caracterizado por la influencia de diferentes tipos de música, principalmente por la música folk, clásica y jazz.
Ha ganado varios premios internacionales, destacando el Bargajazz Contest International Competition for Jazz Orchestra Arranging and Composition (2015 y 2016, Italia) y el Concurso Internacional de Composición y Arreglos para Orquesta de Jazz «Scrivere in Jazz» (2016 y 2020, Italia). The flexibility lies in the main features of my classes: My goal for my graduates is that they need a digital method that they have to adapt to their personal attitude and style. I teach singing, piano, music awareness/introduction and solfège.

I live in Madrid and I am a student of a Higher Degree in Singing (Jazz and Modern Music). I dedicate a good part of my time to teaching (musical and linguistic) in the format of private classes online or at home.

I started giving private classes at home to children when I lived in Germany. During the 22-23 academic year I gave piano classes to students of all ages at the RedMusik Music School (Igualada, Catalonia).
I studied the piano and other instruments for more than 15 years at the UGDA and at the Luxembourg City Conservatory of Music. After many years of music theory and piano I obtained the „Première Mention“ certificate from the Conservatory, with the qualification "Très Bien".

A good music lesson should include not only technique and reading sheet music, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational playing with the instrument, and ear training and rhythm exercises. I am interested in designing the lesson creatively and adapting it to the needs and desires of the student.

One of the most wonderfull string instrument is the cello. If you want to learn how to play cello or just to continue improving your skills do not hesitate to contact me.
I have a lot of experience teaching cello and for me, the most important thing in my lessons is learn well and enjoy.

Ussually, my lesson programme is start with a short warm up (technique exercises) to continue with different cello pieces chosen by the students.
I have a lot of pop and actual music cello pieces for all levels.
