Extra information
My name is Antonio and I have been a piano teacher by competitive examination since 2018 at the Arturo Soria Professional Conservatory.
I've been teaching piano for 20 years. More than 200 students of all ages and levels have attended my piano classes. I've always combined this teaching aspect with my performing aspect, and studying the instrument is part of my daily routine, always seeking to improve as a professional. I remain active as a soloist and member of chamber music groups, regularly performing in various venues throughout Europe: Spain, Holland, France... I have always been and am open to participating in and organizing innovative projects where classical music is presented in an original way.
Regarding my academic training: I hold a Master's degree in performance from the Dutch Conservatory of ArtEZ, under the direction of Frank van de Laar. I previously earned my Bachelor's degree from the Amsterdam Conservatory, where I studied with David Kuyken. Prior to this, I earned my Advanced Degree in piano from the Conservatorio Superior de Aragón, after four years of study with Ignacio Marín Bocanegra. I have also participated in numerous specialized courses and masterclasses with renowned maestros such as Josep Colom, Claudio Martínez Mehner, and Elisabeth Leonskaja.
Today, in addition to continuing my ongoing musical training, I study Geography and History at UNED and take courses to complete my training as a teacher.
Lessons can be taken in English.
