• I see private lessons as a way to make music personal and inspiring. I don’t follow traditional textbooks — instead, I focus on what the student truly wants and needs.
• Technique & Method:
I adapt my method to each student. We focus on songs or styles the student loves, while also developing ear training, note reading, and basic music theory in a practical and simple way.
• Lesson duration:
Lessons are usually 45–60 minutes, depending on the student’s age and focus.
• Qualifications & Experience:
I studied piano for 8 years at a music school in Odesa, Ukraine. I’ve been playing for over 10 years and started teaching in April 2025.

My lessons are for beginners of all ages — kids, teens, or adults. I teach in English and I travel to the student’s home in Malmö.

Hi! My name is Illya— I’m a music producer, beatmaker, and pianist from Ukraine, now based in Malmö, Sweden.
I’ve been playing piano for over 10 years and producing music for more than 3. I work with Billboard-charting artists and am a member of RoastingHouse Music, one of Sweden’s top creative collectives.
