I am available to give authentic traditional yoga online sessions for beginners which can be easily taken. We will perform loosening exercise for each of the body parts, one at a time with a conscious effort on the breathing patterns We will then work upon more than one body parts, simultaneously. Also, we would learn the sun salutation to open up our bodies. Introduction on the body postures and breathing techniques will then be taken. This will improve flexibility, core and muscular strength, stability and balance. These sessions will also work out on your inner stamina.
We will further control our breath, go deeper into spirituality and touch upon mudra and bandh. The concept of chakra and kundalini would be introduced and practised here.
