    Inclusive Kids Yoga / Family Yoga on-line sessions.

    Y for Yoga / Pascale is a kids' yoga instructor for children aged 3 to 12 and offers yoga classes for children and their families.

    I have been teaching yoga to kids and their families since 2018; using nature and the natural elements to boost their creativity, through a light-hearted approach. My classes combine gentle movements, storytelling and using affirmations work to boost confidence, self-esteem and self-love. We can also do meditation if it is something you would like to explore.

    - The sessions can be conducted in English or French.
    - The child can do the session with a parent (note that I am only qualified to teach kids yoga however the parent can follow the yoga flow and the lesson with the child) or by themselves.
    - Clear DBS.
