I’ve been playing guitar for over 20 years - starting off playing acoustic guitar in my bedroom as a young teen to studying popular music at Barnsley College (via University of Sheffield) and BA Music at University of Chichester. Along the way, I have played in various local bands across the UK and taught electric and acoustic guitar at a variety of levels and age groups.

I have been a part time guitar tutor for 10 years and offer my expertise from anyone who wants to start learning to play the guitar, who needs extra tuition for GCSE/A level/etc or who wants to develop their skills and knowledge on the instrument.

I teach in a very relaxed manner and my lessons are very “student driven” - before tuition starts I need to understand what the student wishes to gain from the lessons to ensure that they can get the best out of my experience and expertise.
