My name is Matleena and I’m a classical pianist from Finland, living in Tallinn. I have a Master’s degree from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and I have been teaching piano since 2012. I love teaching, meeting new people and sharing music with the world. I teach students of all ages and I’m always looking for creative ways to make the learning experience interesting. Learning piano can add so much value to one’s life and it’s never too late to start. I will adjust the lessons to every student’s needs and wishes. I studied English and Swedish at the Faculty of Foreign Languages for 3 years. During my 2nd year, I received a scholarship to study in Sweden from the Swedish Embassy. Afterwards, I continued my education in Master's Programme of Linguistics, centred around translations and grammar. Since then, I have been working with both languages in different specialties.

My name is Jordi L. Jové, classical pianist and I offer piano lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, in English or Spanish.

I believe that anyone can learn music and piano in different stages of life with different goals and that this requires a commited, passionate, adaptable and akwnoledged teacher. In my years of education, since I began playing the piano, and later followed the professional path; I’ve seen and encountered uncountable situations being both student and teacher that made me highly value the teacher’s role and aimed to incorporate it in my career development.

My previous experiences in the field include regular private teaching, individual and in music academies during two-three years in Barcelona to students either kids, teenagers or adults (presential and online). I have also prepared music entrance examinations to public schools and conservatòries in Catalonia, covering piano lessons and music theory lessons.

The added values that I can bring are experience in reinforcement teaching in high school subjects, coaching solo musicians when accompanying them and accompanying and leading choirs. I have the skills of good communication, commitement, patience and adaptability which I think they make me a good candidate for the job. Moreover I can communicate in German and French too, in case needed.

Usually, I am refered as a passionate hard-working, curious and dedicated musician, which makes me suitable and versatile in many different situations.

I have a pedagogical education (Bachelors program from Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre)
In the last years I have studied also in Trossingen and Bremen (Germany)
I was working as a violin teacher in 2 music schools in Saaremaa(Estonia) from 2019-2022
Also still connencted to a Music School in Cloppenburg (Germany) where I started teaching during the 2022/23 schoolyear.

I am currently looking for new violin students, happily starting from scratch with you or your kid!
I have also succesfully prepared children for music school entrance exams or for further studies
in the middle/higher level.
