Improve your musical creativity with personalised classes from multi-Instrumentalist singer and improviser
Do you wish to learn writing music from scratch or improve your composition skills without a necessity of music theory knowledge? Do you want to produce your own music but struggle with the technical aspects?
I'm a multi-instrumentalist singer, songwriter and performer and I offer applied classes on writing/arranging/producing pieces of music using various instruments of your choice, including your computer. I use a 'learning by creating' method, where we focus and go deeper on certain aspects depending on your needs on your music creation process. I like to use personalised methods that matches your desires, rather than following a certain curriculum. The goal is to help you gain or improve awareness on how a piece of music is written and learn various ways to begin and finalise a writing process.
During our practices, I will naturally be transferring my knowledge on certain aspects such as:
- Rhythm
- Form
- Dynamics
- Texture
- Melody making
- Singing
- Guitar playing
- Placing words into music/making music around words
- Improvisation as a compositional tool
- Integration of Ableton Live into creative process
- Recording
- Mixing
During the sessions, we'll either write together from scratch or work on your own material and tackle the issues of constructing a piece of music. Please contact me if interested, then we will have a first video call where we get to meet each other and discuss where you stand and your wishes. This way I can create a personalised program that suits your level and speaks to your area of interest.

About Me
I'm a multi-instrumentalist singer, songwriter, performer and music instructor. I write and perform music for almost a decade, both solo and in collaboration with various artists from different backgrounds. My ultimate objective is to facilitate and engage individual and collective experiences leading to progress and evolution in all aspects of life using variety of skills in a musical landscape. By instructing private classes and group workshops, I manage to share my experience and vision in making music to the ones with passion to music and in need of a mediator towards original creativity.
I enjoy working with younger people a lot. I'm always excited to help them enlarge their vision on the world of sounds and also getting inspired by their fresh ideas. It is a great pleasure to witness a young talent creating their own musical character and putting their ideas out to the world by making use of the education they get from me.
Collaborating is one of my favourite things to do as an artist, as well as an instructor. In my group workshops I enjoy creating music together with the other people, while helping them improve their skills and enlarge their vision. When I teach private classes to adults, I approach it as a collaborative creation process and use a 'learn while you create' method, where we work on musical material together and challenge any obstacle getting on the way of my student's creative process.
Education
Master of Music Design at HKU Music & Technology:I've focused on composition, performance, sound design and music education during my two year master education. I specialised on the approach 'improvisation as a tool for composition', which I often apply in both my creative processes and in educational environments.
Experience / Qualifications
I took part of many music groups as a singer, drummer, guitarist, bassist and percussionist, with different styles of music. In my solo project Yank; I compose, arrange, produce, record and perform my own songs.I'm a member of Amsterdam based vocal improvisation ensemble Genetic Choir, where we explore the limits of human voice and use it to create instant compositions.
I also work a lot on sound design and electro-acoustic production using the computer as an instrument.
Do you want to learn the basics of Ableton Live, or improve your skills on it, or wish to develop advanced techniques to better use it as a compositional and performative tool? I'm here to help!
I'm a songwriter and performer, producing and performing music using Live for over a decade. I've been working on Live as my main DAW for recording, editing, arranging and mixing.
Depending on your needs, our classes could be more technical about how to best use all the features of Live, but could also be focussed on using Live as a creative tool for your productions.

Singing lessons in English for all levels by professional voice teacher, vocal coach and singerI'm a former New York City voice teacher/coach, professional singer and an award winning composer who has relocated to Berlin. I've taught with the most reputable children's musical theatre organizations in NYC with students of all ages as well as private students and I've worked with Broadway stars such as Laura Osnes, Karen Mason and Ron Bohmer, who have also recorded my music, and I'm excited to bring my 20 yrs of teaching experience to Berlin! I teach songwriting as well, if that is something you're interested in.
I'm a classically trained singer who performed with the San Francisco Opera and other companies both in opera and musical theatre for many years. Though I specialize now in musical theatre, I am happy and comfortable teaching you to sing in whatever style you prefer. The basics are the same! In our lessons, we will work on breath, correct vowel pronunciation, placement, diction, etc... as well as getting rid of the tension and habits that keep us from singing freely and beautifully. We will also work on the musical and dramatic aspects of the material we choose together, so that you will feel comfortable at an audition or a performance. And I keep lessons fun so that you can both learn and progress each week AND enjoy yourself!
Whether just starting out or a professional who needs help working on an audition or role, I can help you reach your goals!

Drumming and how to make your drums fit a compositionDrums, as with bass guitar are the backbone of any good song, and the foundation upon which the music is built. Despite not being as famous as lead vocals or lead guitar. Drums in my opinion is much more fun, at all levels of performance.
I will teach you how to play the drums, how to fit the style to the genre and we will learn by practice by breaking down the famous classics, and explain what part drums played to make these classics so good.
We will use my electronic drumset, which is not as good as the real thing but is definitely good for starters. There are ways you can practice at home without a drumset as well. And we can expand later and rent a studio room, where I can jam with you on the guitar even!

Musical Composition for all Levels with a Composer-ConductorAre you stuck? I can help!
In our composition lessons, we’ll both learn how to get more from basic elements, like pitch and rhythm, and also the things we can do to help make a composition more poetic. We can work on how to get more music from fewer ideas to create a consistent musical language, and also explore the idea of opposites in your compositions, blending and smearing contrasting elements to add depth and complexity to your work.
Through the analysis of great music, the composition of miniatures, and feedback on your current projects, you’ll both increase your technical fluency and simultaneously learn to love and develop your unique voice. This class is for any level of composer, whether you're a beginner or an experienced composer seeking to enhance your creative skills. Don't wait any longer :)

As your piano tutor, I want to teach you how I learnt piano, and show you how to be creative with music, at the very least for enjoyment, but also for any professional aspirations into composition.
I start by familiarising my students with the fundamentals of music at the piano, how the piano is structured, arpeggios, baselines, chord sequences, melody sequences, etc. We take these fundamentals and build sophistication of musicality with a dynamic curriculum.
Lessons are structured by familiarising with musical concepts by a demonstration, playing together, and playing solo in a way that aims to be accessible and sensitive to the student’s sensibilities.

Electronic Music Production | Ableton | Beginner to Advanced | English/FrenchThis class is for all music enthusiasts, whether you’re just getting started and need a solid foundation or already experienced and looking to level up.
I'm a DJ and music production instructor with 15 years of experience, and the founder of DJ School Berlin. I also run my own label and organise events.
My classes take place in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, and are fully focused on your needs and goals. I teach both fundamental concepts and creative techniques, while supporting you in the development of your artistic project
I also compose music for media (trailers, films, ads, games, etc) and perform live focusing on sound exploration and experimental performance.
This means we can absolutely work on different musical genres or more unconventional, creative approaches.
Passionate about dancefloor energy, it’s behind the decks and my machines that I feel most alive — and I truly love passing that on.
I perform regularly in Berlin in clubs such as Watergate, Sisyphos, Hoppetosse, RSO, Golden Gate, etc., as well as abroad, most recently in Belgrade, London, Amsterdam, Paris, etc.
Having worked in an artist management agency (Talent Scoot), I bring an added layer to the sessions — connecting technical skills with artistic vision, and helping you shape and push your artistic project forward
----
Sessions usually last 2 hours, and can take place face-to-face or online, solo or in a group.
. Group sessions (1-3) are friendly, less expensive, more dynamic in terms of learning and interesting because you get to observe another student correcting TPs or or discussing techniques, which leads to valuable insights.
. In 1-1 if you're more comfortable solo, and for more effective learning focused on you and your pace.
I'll give you the keys to :
- Get to grips with Ableton Live and set up an efficient workflow
- Understand sound structure and audio manipulation
- Compose your own tracks and develop your artistic identity
- Explore different types of synthesis and sound design
- Master the use of effects and audio processing
- Structure, arrange, and bring your ideas to life
- Learn mixing techniques and how to properly export your projects
- If you're already experienced, dive into advanced production techniques to refine your craft
I'll also accompany you and advise you on the purchase of your equipment/plugins/tools.
Classes take place either in my studio in Kreuzberg, equipped with 2 CDJs, 2 vinyl decks, workstation, synths, drum machines and controllers or online with screen sharing with dynamic practice, TPs and follow up.
They are a mix of theory and practice, and we also cover the values and precepts of this art form, giving you lots of pro tips and tricks, as well as creative goodies (VSTs, effects, personal racks)
Don't hesitate to contact me for more information, I can send you a detailed document explaining all aspects of the training, the techniques covered, as well as the essential theoretical knowledge. You'll develop a complete understanding of the material, learn how to tell your musical story, create, record, finish, export and share your work.
I am looking forward to playing music with you.

Saxophon-Unterricht - Saxophone lessons - Clases de saxoThe hours are designed according to your musical interests. Since each person has his or her own individual approach to music, it is logical and, in my experience, more effective to work with this in a specific way. So, instead of a rigid curriculum in which you lose interest in a short time, I would like to support you in achieving your personal plans and discovering musical possibilities!
Depending on your interests, motivation, previous knowledge and musical taste, the following focal points are coordinated:
Technique (tone formation, breathing, approach, intonation, finger technique, etc.), ear training, sense of rhythm, improvisation, note reading, music theory.
The focus is all about enjoying the music. Its naver late to learn.
