My guitar, ukulele and mandolin courses are made to help people play immediately and enjoy the instrument very soon, i'm specialized in rock, hard rock, pop and blues, but i know the basics of any other main music genre.
Music theory would be an important part of the course for those who wants to make a career with guitar. I will also help you with sightreading, something that is pretty rare in guitarists.
I assign homeworks after every lesson to give you a challenge every time, this homeworks are made for you to always have motivation to continue your journey with the intrument.

About Me
During my experience I have proved to be able to deliver effectively all the necessary knowledge in order to achieve the current goal during the studying course, I specialise in pop and rock music, I also teach music theory, electric guitar, acoustic guitar and music reading.
I always try to be involved with my students’ music projects such as bands and recordings, I also am very supporting with my students who are less self-confident and struggle to demonstrate their value as musicians and people, I’ve been helped in the same way so my teaching mission is to pass the same legacy to the next generation of musicians.

Learn from a pro who's played Wembley Stadium, toured Europe, and worked with West End stars!

I'm Chris - a London-based multi-instrumentalist with years of real-world experience as a performer, musical director, and bandleader. Since 2015, I’ve taught over 100 students - from 6-year-old beginners to seasoned musicians - helping them grow their skills, boost their confidence, and connect more deeply with the music they love.

I’ve played bass for 80s legends Talk Talk, bass and keyboards for renowned tribute band Guns 2 Roses on national and European tours, been a musical supervisor and musical director for national theatre productions, and shared stages with cast members from Les Misérables, Book of Mormon, Dear Evan Hansen, Mamma Mia, and more. I've performed everywhere from intimate acoustic venues to the Royal Festival Hall and even Wembley Stadium.

My teaching style is practical, flexible, and student-led. I teach both online and in person from my West London studio, working with people of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re looking to jam with friends, write your own music, get ready for a recording session, or just play for your own enjoyment, I’ll help you build the skills you need, and enjoy the process as much as the result.

I currently offer lessons in:
🎹 Piano and keyboards
🎸 Acoustic and electric guitar
🎸 Bass guitar
📖 Music theory (from the basics to advanced harmony and analysis)
🎓 Support for GCSE and A-Level music students

I believe lessons should feel creative, inspiring, and genuinely useful - not just a box to tick. I bring patience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both music and musicians to every session, helping students unlock their potential on their own terms.
