If you want to develop your skills as a composer, this is the class for you! In this class, you are going to learn the fundamentals of creating original music, including Music theory, Motif Development, Rhythm, Structure, Orchestration, and Music Notation. During our classes, we are also going to explore different musical genres, analyze and finally put them into practice.

Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. For some people there is only one way to tackle the unmentionable but I believe there are many different approaches and one of them will click with you. It is simply finding out what is best for each person. Once we find the key we can unlock the problems that have puzzled you for ages. Music theory needs to be more than a requirement, it needs to be the way to really appreciate the music you are playing. Certain aspects can also lead to additional practical skills such as improvisation which can be very useful as well as very enjoyable. Hi, i'm Sasha and I've been actively teaching music for the last 10 years. I'm very passionate about music and guitar in particular and it brings me a lot of joy to be able to share this passion. I enjoy being able to explain a musical topic well, working on it together with a student and seeing them grow into musician they aspire to be. I don't think everybody who is a good musician can be a good teacher and I had some bad teachers in my life so I put a lot of effort in being on the top of my game. It is important for me to have a comfortable and friendly atmosphere during lessons, set individual goals based on musical tastes and have a structured, personalised approach. This class is meant for students of different age groups and playing levels. From absolute beginners to more advanced players. The approach is individual and we will discuss the desired goals in advance and build the learning process around those. Some topics that are usually covered are rhythm guitar, being able to accompany yourself while singing (in different styles and techniques), lead guitar, improvisation (from basics to advanced), general knowledge of the fretboard and technique. There will very likely be some degree of music theory during guitar lessons as I am a firm believer that you have to understand the thing you're learning to fully master it, but no worries - it will only be as much as is necessary to have the control and understanding of the instrument in a chosen style (and if you are into music theory I will be more than happy to nerd out together!).
