Transform your living room into a peaceful yoga space―no commute, no rush. Just 90 minutes of mindful movement and mental clarity from the comfort of your home. 🌿 What to Expect This is a slow-paced Hatha Yoga class with deep focus on mental clarity, emotional balance, and body awareness. With careful, step-by-step guidance and attention to alignment, this session is designed to help you: ✨ Release tension ✨ Reconnect with your breath ✨ Feel grounded and calm ✨ Improve your focus through mindful movement ❓Is Hatha Yoga for Me? If you're looking for a calm, unhurried class that helps you listen to your body, yes—this is for you. Hatha Yoga is practiced slowly, with an emphasis on alignment and awareness. This style is especially supportive for beginners and anyone who wants to build a safer, more intentional practice. You’ll learn to move with mindfulness, which not only prevents injury but also sharpens your concentration and connects you to your inner stillness.dent said after class, “It felt like my spine could breathe again. 🌿 About Myself Hi, I'm Daphne — a passionate yogini, certified RYT 200 since 2016. My background is in Hatha yoga, and these days, I'm deeply immersed in the alignment-focused practice of Iyengar yoga. I offer online/offline yoga classes that are gentle yet powerful, focusing on precision, posture, and healing. I’m Austrian, grew up in Japan, and now live in Malta with my two young children. I speak English, German, and Japanese. Daily meditation (Triratna style) is an essential part of my life and deeply influences my teaching. I believe yoga is a journey inward, not a performance. 🌿 My Journey with Yoga I discovered yoga not once, but twice — each time in a way that transformed my life. 🧭 The First Discovery — Yoga as a Way of Life In my late twenties, while backpacking through North India, I found myself in Rishikesh — not knowing it was one of the world’s most sacred places for yoga. There, I trained with inspiring teachers in Hatha and Iyengar yoga, including Ashish Sharma. I joined a retreat at the Yoga-Gang Centre in Old Rajpur, and for the first time, truly understood yoga as more than physical movement — it was a philosophical, mindful approach to life. 🩺 The Second Discovery — Yoga as Healing Years later, after giving birth, I suffered from intense postnatal back pain. I couldn’t even do basic poses. After seeing a chiropractor, I slowly returned to my mat. With consistent Iyengar practice, within a few months, my pain was gone. This experience showed me the therapeutic power of yoga — how it can heal and restore the body from within.

About me My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation. In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience. My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul. About the course This Hatha Yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your breath as an anchor to the present moment. We'll work with postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of introspection and meditation. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, each class is designed to be a safe, friendly, and flexible space where you can explore your practice at your own pace. If you're also interested in the world of water—whether through recreational diving or freediving—I also offer specific tools to improve body awareness, lung capacity, and mental serenity, which are key both in and out of the water. ✨ I invite you to discover the power of pause, silence, and conscious movement. The journey to yourself begins with a breath... and I'd love to join you. ✨

My personal goal is to share the experience of "health, happiness, and harmony in life through yoga" (Swami Niranjanananda's guideline) with others. I firmly believe that yoga is a powerful tool to promote physical and mental well-being, find inner peace, and lead a balanced life. This philosophy flows into my teaching and inspires my students to begin their own journey towards greater well-being and harmony. After practicing yoga intensively since 2008, both in Satyananda ashrams in Greece and India, as well as daily as a personal sadhana, and initiated in Karma Sannyasa by Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, my heart has been even more dedicated to the Satyananda system of yoga. My yogic name (Sannyasin Sri Vidya) reflects my deep connection to this tradition. My commitment to yoga is also evident in my continuous education. Since 2008, I have been participating in numerous yoga and meditation workshops and seminars in Europe and India. In 2024, I successfully completed my Yoga Alliance training in Vienna, further refining my skills as a yoga teacher. For the past year, I have been teaching yoga privately to adults, gaining valuable experience in imparting yoga practices. My passion for yoga, coupled with my musical background, allows me to create unique and inspiring yoga classes. My academic career includes a Master's degree in Musicology with a specialization in Music Education, as well as various Bachelor's degrees in Classical Piano, Opera Singing, Music Composition, and Theory. As a flutist and passionate kirtan singer (kirtan.serenityinaction.com), I bring a special musical touch to the yoga practice. A special advantage is my ability to teach yoga primarily in English and Greek. These language skills allow me to reach a wide range of students and offer international classes. As a yoga teacher, I pass on my knowledge as follows: -Creating an inviting atmosphere -Structure of the lesson: Starting with mantras chanting, asanas, pranayamas, relaxation (Satyananda System of Yoga) -Clear guidance and demonstration when necessary -Addressing students individually -Conveying yoga philosophy -Motivating and inspiring -Being authentic and leading by example -Open to questions and feedback

Trusted teacher: 📌It doesn't always take two for things to work... To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence! I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects. There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗 Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅 ❤️‍🔥What will the classes be like, you ask? I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form. We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance. With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩 Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️ Let's go through the process together and hold each other in a hug.

Vi is a great teacher. She listens to you carefully always smiling. We had a great time learning our first dance and we executed so gracefully in our wedding. She made us very confident and we could see it from our first class to last class. Overall it was a pleasure learning with her. May be we will continue to learn salsa in future with her.
