Maths is an important subject and we tend to use maths in our everyday life, but most importantly Maths is a vital subject in school, and we all want good grades, right? Well, you have found yourself a reliable Maths tutor who will ensure you get the grades you deserve and want. Throughout school, I have constantly been privileged to help out students at both GCSE, KS3 and primary school level to achieve their desired grades. Allowing students to maintain a confident approach when dealing with questions and scenarios is amazing. I have experience in helping students aged 7-16, where I’ve always ensured that students are left satisfied at the end of every session. I have volunteered throughout school to support students in maths during my free time to ensure that they were confident when it came to exams or mocks. The feeling of providing the children with trust and confidence in themselves is just so great. My sessions would include; Set Design – How to read and analyze a script/story, what to look out for, and how to breakdown each scene. Creating visual research and mood boards and how to make clear initial sketches in whatever preferred medium, (pen, water colour Photoshop etc) An introduction to modelmaking, making basic furniture, and miniature rooms. Costume Design – Looking at costume history, how clothes have changed through the ages, and what shapes and silhouettes fit what eras. Costume drawings, looking at how to draw a clear design that could be understood by the whole creative team, as well as working with mixed media in costume design, ie. collage, photo shop. A look at costume making and sourcing, how I work as a designer when I am doing my own costumes, how I source, make or alter different items. Puppetry – An introduction to puppetry, the history and basic different types, marionette, bunraku etc. How to make your own bunraku puppet, all you would need is cardboard and gaffa tape. How to make shadow puppets out of card and straws, and how to rig a sheet and light so we can perform them.

I am a university student who specialises in tutoring English Lit/Lang, History of Art and Creative Arts to school children ranging from 11-18. A twenty years experienced tutor in Economics in London I graduated with honours in Economics and Business in 1990 at the University of Florence, Italy. Then I attended the Academy of the Italian Customs Police, where I studied Economics and trained new recruits. Since mid-Nineties I taught as private tutor in Business and Economics to English-speaking students. I strengthened my face-to-face teaching capabilities at the European Centre for University Preparation in Florence. I delivered lectures at American universities in Florence and taught at the International School of Florence. I am a qualified financial advisor since 1993 and in 1999 I qualified as a teacher of Economics and Business. I am a UK citizen since August 2020. I really enjoy teaching, my method being based on the idea that "each student is different". I understand their needs and explain in a plain way the meaning of obscure words and technical language. I always help students understand difficult theories with practical examples.

I specialize in online physics and maths tutoring for A-Level and GCSE level students. I aim to give fun and engaging tutorial sessions, lifting problems out of the textbook and applying them to the world around us.
