I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

I am a professional opera singer, soprano, and current soloist at the Cologne Opera (Oper Köln, Germany), with stage experience at major European houses including Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Musiktheater Pforzheim, and Dutch Touring Opera. I bring extensive real-stage experience, performance psychology, and high-level technical discipline into every lesson. My background includes a Master of Music in Opera from the Dutch National Opera Academy in Amsterdam, a Master of Music in Vocal Performance (Distinction) from the Royal College of Music in London, and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Pedagogy from the Moscow University of the Humanities. The combination of elite performance training and 8 years of teaching experience allow me to train my students at the highest standard and achieve measurable progress and great results. I work with dedicated singers at every stage of development, from complete beginners to professionals. I can successfully prepare you for auditions and exams, build a reliable vocal technique and stamina, expand range and develop musicality and understanding of various repertoire demands. Together we can work on diverse repertoire - from opera and oratorio arias to Lieder and music theater depending on your needs and preferences. My name is Denise and I am a professional singer and vocal coach with a Master’s degree in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC). I have over 10 years of teaching experience in Europe and Latin America, working with students from diverse cultural and musical backgrounds in private lessons, artistic projects, and educational contexts. My artistic work includes early music and chamber repertoire, as well as Latin American folk, jazz, and contemporary crossover styles.
