Students will explore: - Traditional techniques across materials such as watercolor, acrylic, and oil - Sketching and intuitive drawing to strengthen observation and free expression - Observation of nature, light, and everyday surroundings as sources of inspiration - The relationship between texture, movement, and emotion in visual expression - Arts and crafts practices, encouraging hands-on creativity and material exploration - Introduction to traditional Indian art forms, including Madhubani, Warli, and Mehndi (henna) design. Each lesson is adapted to the individual, whether you are a beginner discovering art for the first time or someone looking to deepen your existing practice. Want to learn how to draw portraits that look almost like a photograph? I can help you start with the base, the sketching, and how to blend using both colored pencils and graphite pencils. Also using pens, both ink and Bic. If you need help for your GCSE or A-level portfolio, I will be able to assist you and guide you on getting a high grade. (Coming from someone who got an A*). I will make sure you pass your exam and get a high grade. For kids, they will create different crafts that they could bring home and hang up on their wall. I will teach them fun ways to be creative, and every time they come in for a class, they will leave with something new.

Hello! My name is Francisca, and I offer Spanish classes in a fun and conversational way. I'm Chilean and German, 34 years old, and a native Spanish speaker. (I also speak German and English at a C1 level.) I've been working as a private tutor for 16 years, complementing my studies or work (I'm an architect). I have a deep interest in teaching my language in a fun way, using different media, for example: through informal conversation, and also in more creative ways such as reviewing novels/short stories, music, or creating artwork. And of course, in a more academic way too, focusing on grammatical structure. It all depends on the student's expectations and preferences. I'm currently living in Aarhus to study for a master's degree at Aarhus University.

I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and have practical experience working with children and the elderly. In addition to my academic background, I gained valuable experience as an Au Pair in the Netherlands, where I cared for and supported the development of children, organized educational and recreational activities, and helped with their emotional and behavioral growth. Furthermore, as part of my psychology internship, I worked in a temporary care center for children at risk, where I provided emotional and psychological support, assisted in their development, and worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure their well-being and safety. I also have experience working in a care home for the elderly, where I provided emotional and psychological support, assisted with the adaptation and well-being of the residents, and collaborated with the team to enhance their quality of life. These two experiences gave me a broad understanding of the needs of different age groups and the ability to adapt to the specific needs of each person, whether a child or an elderly individual. I am fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level of English. I work traditionally in physical mediums such as watercolour, oil paint, acrylics, gouache, coloured pencil, charcoal and graphite. I graduated with a First Class BA Honours in Fine Art from Southampton University. I run workshops for groups locally, and work with therapeutic art techniques. I'm well-versed in grant writing, having achieved 3 successful grants to date and my work is featured in a number of publications. I have been fortunate enough to have works in private collections. My hours are flexible, and the range of mediums I work in is too. I have experience teaching, and am bilingual in English and Greek.
