I deliver my teachings with a combination of questioning and inquiry approaches.
An initial assessment of the level of understanding of my students is very important. This enables me know where to start/continue with them. By this I can move them from known to unknown.
It is very important to state that my approach is altogether student-centered. Different students have different needs which are peculiar to them. I believe that student satisfaction and value gained for money is achieved when individualised needs are met.

Hi,

I can help you with Mathematics, Physics and Engineering Modules. I have been tutoring various students of different level and diverse culture since 5 years and it was well appreciated by students and their parents because of my friendly teaching methodology, concept based study and encouraging approach.

I have completed MSc Advanced Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London with Distinction and I was outstanding student throughout my academic career and achieved many milestones (e.g. Good Grades, Scholarships, Event Managements, Organizing Seminars, Project Accomplishments etc.).

My experience in tutoring started when I was still in middle school, and that kept going on through high school and university where I would tutor my colleagues and help them with the different courses. I have also volunteered to tutor a group of university students in Calculus, and they have showed great results in their exams after that.

Courses Offered:
Maths, Physics, Circuit Analysis, Linear algebra, Multi variable, Calculus 1&2, Control system, Feedback system, Electric circuit analysis, Digital logic designs, Electronics device circuits, Differential equations, Power electronics, Power distribution & utilization etc.

Levels:
KS3/GCSE/A Levels/Graduates

DBS:
DBS (formerly called CRB) checked and cleared.

I see to it that my students perform to their best abilities in their exams by studying their personal behavior and interest in subject. I always believe on conceptional study and its implementation by using simple techniques. I enjoy teaching because every student is a challenge and it is a learning experience to my journey as well.

If you would like to arrange for tutoring sessions or you would just like to chat to get to know me a little better to see if you think we're a good match, please go ahead and text/call me on provided contact details. I always respond quickly and I am happy to answer any questions you might have!

I have just begun an MSc in Data Analytics and I am looking to tutor Maths not only to help support my studies but also to fulfil a long held desire of mine to help children learn Maths.

I love Mathematics and have always had a desire to teach it and bring it alive to those either wanting to know more or to help those having difficulty bedding down some of the concepts. Having had some tutoring myself during my Physics A level I have first-hand experience seeing how much value the additional support of a Tutor can add to a student's existing classroom knowledge.

From the perspective of a teacher / tutor - I have two younger half siblings that have had difficulty with Mathematics growing up but have always enjoyed sitting down and helping the grapple different topics they came across in various homework exercises. I find it hugely rewarding the moment you see concepts 'click' with those studying the topic.

Although I have not formally worked in a tutoring capacity previously, I believe I possess a number of qualities which make me well suited to teaching Maths. My career path to date training to become an Actuary has seen me continue to use and develop my numeric knowledge, particular in the field of statistics. My roles in industry too have developed my communication. Working as an Investment Analyst in my first job particularly gave me the opportunity to improve explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences as I would often have communicate complex Investment Strategy options to the trustees of pension schemes, many of whom would not have a numerical background.

Lastly, I think my personality lends itself well to tutoring. Those familiar with any of the 'colour profiling' personality evaluation exercises available might recognise me as an 'Earth Green' type. To those not familiar, the dominant traits that best describe an Earth green are patience, supportive and considerate - all of which I hope I can leverage to help students overcome any difficulties they are having with the topic.

With a bit of guidance around which areas of Maths you are looking to improve on I think I could really help bring alive the field of Maths for you. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
