Lesson 1
This will be an introduction to the piano.
I will encourage the students to play some notes on the piano, and I will talk about the importance of time, and also the stave where different notes sit on the ledger lines.
This will involve playing a couple of notes, to begin with.
Due to the nature of online lessons, this will mean that there is more of an element of listening required by the students and also by myself.

Extra information

Ensure that you have some plain paper and some manuscript paper and a pencil and rubber.
This can be bought online from Amazon.Important that the student has a keyboard or piano at their home address in readiness for this lesson.

About Me

I am available to teach in Ely near Cambridge and surrounding areas.

History I have taught in Croydon for the last 15 years.

I come from a musical background as my dad used to play the piano, ukulele and clarinet.

I decided initially with the piano, then I dabbled with the violin and achieved grade 4 with merit.
However, my fondness was for the piano and I attained Grade many years ago.

I have very good musicianship and have recently created intermittent music for a YouTube video and film.

I have accompanied students for their instrumental exams in the past.

I have taught Sunday keyboard classes at Sangeetha UK .

I offer one to one lessons now mainly in ELY which is near to Cambridge.

I can offer online tuition but it is better to have one to one lessons.
