About Me

I have been playing the piano since the age of 5 and have developed a strong musical foundation over the years. I am able to teach in English and Cantonese. I achieved ABRSM Grade 8 Piano (Merit) and am currently studying for my ABRSM Diploma. I have experience teaching children and enjoy helping students grow in confidence while developing solid technique and musical understanding. I am a patient and supportive tutor who believes learning piano should be both structured and enjoyable.

I am currently studying Business Management at the University of Birmingham. I have developed strong communication skills and enjoy supporting others in their learning journey.

I achieved Grade 8 Piano (Merit) from ABRSM and have many years of experience playing piano. I teach beginner students with patience and encouragement.

Hello!

I am a musician offering tutorials in piano, trumpet, cornet, harmony, counterpoint, theory, and other general music-y things in English! I’m also available to direct rehearsals and concerts.

I believe playing the piano should be fun and enjoyable, as it often has been for me. Whilst I give guidance on repertoire choice, I like students to decide and be passionate about which pieces they play.
