I'm Gianni—a professional musician with over 10 years of experience and a master's degree in music education. This guitar, bass, and electric bass kit is designed for stylish projects. Lessons can be held in German, Swiss German, English, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish – whichever works best for you. When teaching, it's important to me that you have fun and get into music right from the start. But we don't have to look at or listen to music, and one of the core elements of our music is there! Depending on your needs, we can focus on technique, repertoire, notation, music theory, improvisation, or coordination (e.g., singing and playing simultaneously).

I am a piano teacher with over 30 years of experience, passionate about nurturing musical talent at every age and level. I have taught at esteemed institutions such as the Franz Schubert Conservatory in Vienna, and many of my students have gone on to succeed in auditions at top conservatories like the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover. My students have also won national and international competitions including Premio Crescendo (Florence), Prima la Musica (Austria), the Grand Prize Virtuoso (Los Angeles, New York, Vienna, Berlin, Salzburg), and the Brno Mozart International Piano Competition. Over the years, I have developed a unique and effective method for teaching young children, starting from age 3, all the way to university-level students and adult beginners. My approach focuses on developing a strong ear and making learning both joyful and fulfilling. Outside of teaching, I love spending time outdoors with my dogs, reading, playing tennis, and enjoying time with my daughter.

My goals in teaching is to most importantly enjoy music and the process of learning, provide students with necessary exercises and repertoire, and also have a focus on improving technique! :)

As a violinist for 21 years now, 12 years at the conservatory and 9 years as a private teacher, I offer quality lessons adapted to your level. We'll focus on technique (scales, etudes) but we'll also look at a few tricks to improve your playing. It's advisable to do some music theory on the side to be able to read notes and rhythm properly. I can help you with that too. I'm very patient and gentle. I can come to your place, but I can also give lessons by videoconference.

I offer beginners' classes in piano and harpsichord for any age, and can additionally provide the basics in music theory. A passionate learner myself, I started harpsichord at age 5 and have recently graduated with a Masters from the Hochschule für Musik Basel in Specialized Performance (Improvisation). My experience teaching started in New York where I taught school students piano and music theory. I am also a professional continuo player accompanying Baroque orchestras on the harpsichord, as well as a composer of experimental music. My experience in very different musical scenes gives me a unique approach to studying that allows me to adapt the content and structure of lessons according to where the student wants to develop their skills. This can include focus on exercises like scales and arpeggios; studying simple pieces from Classical, Baroque or even Pop repertoire; figured bass; body posture awareness; and trying more experimental things through free improvisation techniques! I've also found that accompanying practice with theory helps to deepen one's understanding and joy at learning this beautiful music. Piano Unterricht für erwachsene Anfänger und Wiedereinsteiger. Hello , I am an Argentinian/Italian pianist and composer currently in Basel for a master in Jazz Campus. For the last 15 years I have been teaching private lessons and in music schools. I also have experience in group classes, teaching harmony, ear training and improvisation. Although my main focus is Jazz, I have trained classical for many years. I like to help people to relate to the essence of the music and to understand the pieces, in order to be able to perform them better or improvise. Classes are taught in English, German or Spanish. I a professional musician and have taught piano to children for three years at the Pico Music School in Lucerne. We will learn at the piano how to play and how to read and hear music. I am singer, classically trained with a main focus in early music and voice embodiment. I also studied recorder, clarinet and musicology. As a teacher and performer, I focus on a joyful, healthy and technically skilled way of singing. I focus not only on the sound production, but also on body posture, relaxation and organic movement. An happy and relaxed body creates a beautiful, natural and relaxed sound. We choose the repertoire together and work together towards developing your voice, your expressivity, text and style interpretation at your fullest potential. I have experience teaching several music genres, from classical, jazz, pop, folk music and even extended vocal techniques like growls. I am quite open to the students requests and always willing to research deeper and expand my vocal vocabulary. Singing is a vulnerable, intimate and also communal act. Sadly, our modern world has mystified it into the sphere of the "born-talent" ideal, which often scares people from even trying to sing. I find this phenomena a cruel and exclusivist perspective on singing. I consider singing an universal right, and we should all be unashamed of singing, be it in your bathtub, while walking on the street, in a dinner with friends, or in the next open stage at your local bar. We all have the capacity and the right to sing. If anybody has told you that you can't sing, they were wrong. Like any skill, you can learn it. And if you sing, you, your body, and your soul will be happier. One of my students once said: "You come for a singing lesson and you discover something new about who you are". I think that would summarize well the space I try to create in my lessons.

My primary focus is on creating a personal connection and approach to the chosen instruments and to music in general. This includes (depending on your wishes, of course) your own musical expression, improvisation, songwriting (with lyrics if desired), song accompaniment and improvisation, as well as music theory and instrument-specific references. Stylistically, the focus is on blues, rock, folk pop and world music, with strong references and influences from classical music, hip hop, electronic music and jazz. Course for beginners and advanced students My course focuses on the personal realtion between the individual, the chosen instruments and the music itself. This includes musical expression, improvisation, songwriting, songwriting, interpretation as well as music theory and specific aspects of the instrument. My musical background lies between blues, folk, rock, pop and world music with influences from classical, as well as electronic music, hip hop and jazz.
