I hold a degree in English and Philosophy from Durham University and have three years of experience teaching English in secondary schools in the UK. I also had the incredible opportunity to teach English for three months in Thailand, broadening my global perspective on education. I can aid students from preschool to IGCSE/GCSE level in English, Verbal Reasoning, and essay writing. Having achieved an A* in both English Language and English literature, I am passionate about teaching children how to love the subject and excel in their examinations. I have tutored English in the past to both preschool and IGCSE pupils, offering a dynamic and interactive teaching style that helps nurture a child's love for English and creative writing. I have access to the poetry pamphlet taught in most schools for IGCSE, but can access whatever syllabus is needed for a specific exam. I also have created several worksheets for students who are learning English as their second language. Having studied French, German, and Latin at school, I am aware of the etymology of many words which will allow students to connect meanings across their language to understand the literature fully. In my free time, I write poetry and novels and can share many teachings I learnt on a creative writing course I undertook in 2016.

Create with Love...the process is the best part of it! I'm Cecilia, a Mexican artist who loves to explore new creative avenues whenever I can. For as long as I can remember, my life's passion (and a challenge) is experimenting with colours and materials using life and culture as an inspiration! I offer art workshops in drawing and painting for kids 5-12 and adults. During my classes I include practical and theoretical exploration of art. I will give you an in depth look into my favourite art supplies and how to use them properly, you will learn different techniques and fun new ways to use your paints mixed with other mediums and supplies. In short, several objectives: ◾ Confront your shyness in front of the microphone / camera. ◾ Understand his speech and his diction. ◾ Taming the media environment (radio / tv). ◾ Familiarize yourself with your image and voice. ◾ Manage your speaking time.
