The courses of Mathematics - Analysis - Matrices - Statistics - Algebra - Geometry - Physics - Mechanics - Electricity - Chemistry - Organic Chemistry - Biology, Geology of the French or European French or English programs (Secondary or university levels) are given by explanations either in depth or by a rapid course and summary of essential need according to the case of each student supported by exercises from the book or by evaluations and exams from other high schools. It is true that the philosopher is the friend of wisdom, but above all, he is someone who does not want to make mistakes in reasoning. Philosophizing is a way of reasoning and a way of solving problems that will never have a perfect and definitive solution. Knowing the distance between the Earth and the Moon is not a problem of philosophy, because it is enough to measure to solve it. On the other hand, knowing, for example, what justice is, is a problem of philosophy. A meter will not be able to help us know the answer. We must go about it differently, and in the courses I offer, I will teach you how. You will learn - text reading strategies - case studies with the aim of learning from experts - methodology in philosophy - writing an essay - writing a text commentary - a work on the philosophers of your choice - an overview of the history of philosophy - the general culture necessary to be able to philosophize I will adapt to your individual needs. Each course is tailor-made. We will analyze where your difficulties lie and together develop a course program that will make you perform as quickly as possible. The basic principle of the courses I offer is dialectics, like Plato's dialogues: reflecting together, making theoretical contributions, asking questions and seeking answers, and testing the validity of reasoning. For the past 10 years, I have been teaching German using the philosophy methodology, having studied philosophy at the Master's level at Aix-Marseille University. It turns out that the analytical mind is very useful even outside the confines of philosophy. Today, there are even fields of activity such as management with philosophy or philotherapy. In recent years, some German students have asked me to also teach them philosophy courses, and that is why I decided to offer philosophy courses directly. have graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Edinburgh, UK. I am also an Erasmus Mundus scholar with a master's in Analytical Chemistry from Uppsala University. The Chomskian Linguistics model: what this course focuses on and how I can help you The premise: A theory of universal grammar that aims to explain why syntax has the properties it does, and how the human child comes to the world with ‘genetic guidance’ in their native language competence. This is a cognitive approach to grammar, not merely taxonomic (I am aware that most schools in the UK don’t teach grammar). Some parts of the theory (which spans 70 years to date) are taught in different universities at different stages of its development. Students have approached me to know more (or clarify) the Minimalist program (1995 onwards) which has aimed to reduce the conceptual apparatus and simplify the theory. We shall look at VPISH (VP-internal subject hypothesis) and VP shells as well as doing away with intermediate projections which have relied on X-bar theory. The latter is still taught at some freshers’ classes. A good grasp of grammatical categories (noun, verb, adverb) will be necessary as well as grammatical functions (predicate, subject, inflection, adjunct). Some courses are still relying on binding and c-command, as well as other theoretical landmarks which are necessary for understanding the evolution of the theoretical model. Exercises set and essay titles will rely on the student’s targeted requirements (as per their own university). For those who want to prepare for a forthcoming university course, or wish to explore this grammatical model, we shall follow UK authors who have shown a more sympathetic approach to learning.

I have played the flute for more than 20 years, and have been teaching since 2011. I offer flute lessons to children aged 8 and up, and adults at all levels from beginners to post Grade 8. I also teach recorder to younger beginners- I find this is a good stepping stone for younger children as it's more comfortable for smaller beginners to hold, and easier to make a sound on. Learn to pass exams or just for fun- many of my students achieve highly in ABRSM and Trinity grades, but some prefer not to take exams and this is fine too. Whatever your level, one to one tuition means that I can tailor my teaching to your needs as a flute player, and my teaching takes into account the reasons you learn an instrument, encompassing a wide variety of repertoire. I also teach music theory- lots of students come to me to help prepare for Grade 5 theory, and I also teach higher theory grades.
