Trusted teacher: Let's have a modern fun approach to singing/songwriting/piano! Hi, I'm Elena, and am a Pop Singer/Songwriter and have written for many other artists with songs that landed on the Billboard Dance Club Charts. I'm a graduate of Berklee College of Music where I studied piano performance, songwriting, and music business. I love helping people find their creativity, teaching in a way that is FUN and applies to the student's goals, and also showing people how to practice efficiently! My lessons can include: -Singing (beginners, intermediate, singing to learn your own songs, singing to find your own voice) - Songwriting (learning to write your own radio hit or alternative songs, maybe you've always had lyrics or melodies but want to know how to progress them? Or for intermediate songwriters, let's edit and strengthen your current songs and take them to the next level) - Piano (Classical/Pop) - All levels, perhaps you want to efficiently train for an exam, or learn basic chords for your songs, start from scratch, or master your favorite classical or pop piece of music! - Music technology, Basic Production, music industry mentorship, and theory classes! Whether you're preparing for an exam or wanting to learn, improve, and discover music, we can tailor classes exactly to your interests and needs. Almost all music today is made using computers—whether it's composed, recorded, or edited with music software. It has never been easier to create music yourself, requiring very little equipment or prior experience. I offer classes for all skill levels, from beginners who want to learn the basics and get to grips with music-making software, to experienced artists and producers looking to refine their skill set and make their music sound unique and professional. I have worked with artists across a wide range of genres, backgrounds, and ages. Through this experience, I’ve found that the common goal and joy in music is honest self-expression, something I pride myself on encouraging and facilitating, no matter your level of experience or confidence. The structure and timeline of the classes are flexible and can be tailored to your needs. For beginners, I typically recommend starting with an hour-long session once a week for ten weeks. The goal would be to finish at least two songs or pieces of music by the end of the course. Classes can be conducted in person or online. I am a classically trained musician. I was a chorister at Cambridge's King's College Choir as a child and received a music scholarship to one of the UK’s top secondary schools, where I studied trumpet, piano, viola, singing, and composition. It was there that I discovered my passion for music production on computers. I also achieved top grades in Music Technology and offer tutoring for Music Technology exams at both GCSE and A-Level. I then went on to study at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, specializing in Electronic and Produced Music, where I graduated with a first-class degree. My studies included modules in popular music production, songwriting, film music composition, acousmatic music, and orchestration, among others. Since then, I have been working with the charity Key Changes, where I visit psychiatric hospitals and forensic wards to collaborate with patients on music production and songwriting. A large part of this work involves creating instrumentals for rappers, which allowed me to learn how to produce drill and trap music. I’ve also run music production workshops for children aged 8-16 and provided individual tutoring to many young learners. I have an enhanced DBS check and extensive experience working with children aged 4 and up, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I look forward to hearing from you!

My name is Andrea, I have recently concluded my Artist's Master in keyboard instruments at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. My passion for music induced me to apply in the “Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria” in the course of Harpsichord as my principal study. After 10 years studying music and obtaining the diploma of “Grado de Enseñanzas Profesionales” in the conservatory, I developed a deep interest for Classical and Early music for keyboard instruments. Discovering a historical and musical universe, I decided to continue my performing and theoretical investigation studying the bachelor course in keyboard instruments including piano, harpsichord and organ. I had the amazing opportunity to obtain a scholarship and study at the "Conservatorio Tartini di Trieste", in Italy. Working with exceptional teachers, i was able expand my linguistic abilities and cultural appreciation for the expressive diversity of Keyboard music. I have discovered the magnificent variety between many composers all around Europe and the distinct features and techniques they utilized to improvise and to embellish their pieces. During this artistic journey, i have had extraordinary performance experiences as a soloist including playing at the Parlament of Brussels and the National Gallery in Bosnia. Recently, living in London has inspired me to take part in a wide variety of exciting projects such as performing as a keyboard accompanist in Opera Scenes and with the Guildhall Baroque Orchestra in the Milton Court Concert Hall.
