Coaching in communication, acting, clarity of ideas and how to convey them believably. -Musicality and singing in tune can be learned! It's not about "natural talent". -Language coaching: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Nordic languages. Lessons taught in English, Italian or French. - I am positive, enthusiastic and want to help you sound and feel your best. It's about process - helping you find your way to improve your confidence, musical skills, and enjoyment. ABOUT ME: Art Dip, Opera Dip, BMus (all Honours). I am Canadian, living and teaching from home in West London. I taught voice at the University of Western Ontario and coached at Universities of Toronto, British Columbia and Montreal, and the Royal Conservatory of Music (Toronto), as well as at Tapestry New Opera, Soundstreams Canada and the Canadian Music Centre. Some of my students have gone on to perform at major opera houses, theatre festivals and professional choirs, while some have gained the confidence to sing a solo at their local church or community event. Some have completed their ABRSM or Trinity exams, or auditioned for conservatoire/university, which I help prepare them for. Seeing my students shine (both on stage and off) fills me with humble pride and fulfillment. We will strive to find the authentic version of your voice, which is important in ANY style of music we sing. You want to sound like YOU, right? This is how an audience connects with you, with music, and what you're trying to communicate. It's the secret behind successful singing and I know the way to get you there.

Audio recording if done in right manner and with right mic-ing techniques will not depend merely on post production for it's enhancement. This consists of closed mic-ing and open mic-ing, where to use different aspects and how to apply them. For example using small diaphragm microphones for snare and larger ones for vocals. Piano It is the best tuned instrument that there is in the whole library. So, learning piano not only helps you to just play piano better but you can also do better in vocals, guitar, flute and other instruments. It's a go for anyone who is fond of music and wants to learn a instrument. Music composition This module aims to develop the students’ compositional ability using a combination of key musical understanding and the practical use of music creation software. Students will have the opportunity to investigate technical and stylistic conventions across a range of contemporary western popular music genres and to study key elements such as chord progressions, structure, harmony and melody, to develop their confidence and own abilities in composition. These sessions will explore musical composition techniques used in popular and contemporary music. The focus will be on deconstructing different works, exploring what their musical elements are and investigating what commonality these have across the boundaries of genre or instrumentation. Students will have experience of composing original musical elements and arranging these elements into complete compositions.

Audition Technique and coaching for Drama school entry: Drama coach / Self tape helpTranslate this text using Google Translate.

If you're new to auditioning it can be a daunting prospect. The first time I auditioned for drama school I was completely unaware of what to expect. I didn't know anyone who had been and didn't get any help with speeches or songs. It was a disaster and I was thrown out after the first round. Two years later, I reapplied fully prepared this time, and won a scholarship on the three year acting course at Mountview Theatre School. I can help with all aspects of the acting audition process: Vocal/physical warm up Managing nerves Making sure your speeches suit you Working on the text: Understanding - intention - intrepretation - and working towards the required standard for success What to expect at your audition Recreating a pressure environment; The dreaded panel, the waiting and staying calm under pressure I have over twenty years experience as a professional actor, and auditioned hundreds of times across all formats. I have appeared extensively in the West End and toured across the world, as well as being in over 40 TV commercials. As a tutor/director I have worked at Arts Ed, Mountview, Ravenscourt Theatre School. 'Rainer was instrumental in helping me win a place at LAMDA.' Daisy Redgate - LAMDA student. Thea got into ArtsEd! Thanks so much Rainer for all your patience and hard work!' Parents of ArtsEd student Thea Bacon. I'm also here for the pros too. If you need a sounding board/ line reader for a TV/Film audition Deciphering Commercials breakdowns to help you stand out Constructive feedback Self tape tips, Give me a shout!

I highly recommend Bisho, he's s a very competent teacher. He's nice and friendly, tailoring your skill and needs in learning, and also very structured in his lessons. In every session I get to learn theories, techniques while learning new song, all in 60 minutes. Full packed yet well paced lessons-highly recommended.

I shared a Cubase project with Paolo and he provided very specific feedback and suggestions on my mix that I'm sure will improve the quality of my music production and my confidence in my sound. I'm looking forward to my next lesson.

Enjoyed introduction to poetry. Mr Goodlands knows how to engage a novice taking them step by step into the subject.
