I am a Pilates and Bellydance teacher with 13 years experience based in Kent, UK. I have classes at the studio but also on zoom. I teach every little aspect of correct and safe technique using my knowledge of Pilates. I teach various levels from complete beginners to experienced students who wish to develop their skills further. I use my knowledge of Pilates to assess which muscles of yours need further strengthening or stretching and will give you bespoke short exercises to do so you can build your strength and improve from.one week to the next.
