Everyone can sing, everyone can write music. It's all around us; it's a form of self-expression that we all have inside us, just like verbal communication and language. If we understand music, we can speak it as well. It's only a question of how to structure what's in us, and what tools we can use to express it.

Are you serious about learning to play violin? Do you want to learn how to tackle difficult violin pieces? Do you want to learn how to practise efficiently? Do you want to know how to tackle stage nerves and how to plan your time before a performance? Do you need help with fingerings and bowings for a specific piece? Online violin lessons are becoming more and more popular as they offer real convenience for a student who either wants to learn with a specific teacher who might be based in another country, or when attending lessons in person is problematic because of the student's schedule. Dunja , who has 15 years of overall teaching experience, has successfully taught via Skype and Zoom for the past 7 years. Lessons are scheduled based on the most suitable time (whatever the time zone!) for both Dunja and the student.

Feeling like you're not using the full potential of your voice? I'm a certified voice teacher and I can help you with that. I am part of a worldwide voice community, The Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA) and I am regularly receiving training and being tested to be the best singing teacher I can be for you. Some of the teachers in this community I am part of, teach big names of the music industry. I have learnt directly from them. That means that when we have a lesson, you will be getting the same training as stars like Brandon Flowers (The Killers), Seal, Dan Reynolds (Imagine Dragons), Barbara Streisand, Michael Jackson, Brendon Urie (Panic! at the disco) many broadway artists and singers from all possible music styles have learnt with. In our lessons I will analyze your voice, define a goal for the lesson and trace a plan to achieve that goal. Then we will do vocal exercises that work almost like going to the gym, but for the muscles inside your larynx. Finally we will go through song application, and since I am also a singer/songwriter with a career of more than 10 years, I can help you with interpretation and stylistic choices. I want to help you start loving all aspects of your own voice. Working with what you have and improving what you can improve, never forgetting the most important thing which is to enjoy the experience of singing. Nathaje

Playing an instrument isn't a gift or a natural talent, it's a skill, like anything else. Anyone can learn to play an instrument, just as long as its something they really want to do! Whatever pathway you want to go down, whether it be taking the grade exams and learning complex, elegant classical pieces, or if you're put off by the idea of having to read notation and would just like to to learn how to play/ the songs you love, and understand the inner workings of music, then I would love to help! In my lessons, as well as going through how to actually play, I cover a variety of areas such as: - Improvisation - Playing by ear - Ear Training & Aural skills - Composition - Harmony & Theory Some of my favourite artists include Jimi Hendrix, D'angelo, Erykah Badu, John Mayer, Royal Blood, James Blake, Lianne La Havas, etc. A lot of soul music mixed with jazz, hip hop, funk etc. But generally I enjoy almost everything, from Rock to Rap to classical.

In this class I will go through the basics of music theory to help you understand the songs you choose to sing and teach you all the guitar basic for you to be able to take on a song and make it your own. This class is specially suited for people who really want to learn how to play so they can play and sing and make real acoustic performances without needing backup tracks. Somethings we'll cover in class: - Learning how to read music - Understanding some of the rules in music so we can understand the songs we are playing - Basis for trying to learn a song by ear and doing some own arrangements to it - Guitar chords - Building a chord on the guitar - Learn how to use both hands in different ways and play with rhythm - Play from your soul and not just because you've learn it!

I have studied English Literature and Music, and have played the piano for 14 years. I previously taught pupils to prepare for the ABRSM piano examinations, and have a 100% pass rate. Playing the piano is an expressive and engaging skill to learn. More than anything, the pupil learning should enjoy them self, and find a sense of fulfilment from playing. If you’re looking for exam preparation, just for fun, or anything else in between I would be more than happy to tailor a course to your needs. I also have experience with teaching music to early childhood students. Do get in contact if I sound like a good fit for you.

I have over 3 years violin teaching experirnce, teaching students of varying ages and standards, and also offer the lesson in Mandarin. I help students work towards ABRSM exams or towards their own goals, also teaching who aren’t interested in exams and wish to learn for fun. I make different plans for different students. My teaching style is friendly and relaxed. But I have certain requirements for my students.

I have instructed students of different age groups in saxophone performance and music theory (including counterpoint, harmony and composition) up until university level, in Spain and the UK. After graduating from Cambridge with a double starred first, taking into consideration my academic results and teaching experience, I have also been selected for inclusion in the Supervisor Registry to teach counterpoint and harmony papers. My approach to lessons is very flexible, and I always try to adapt to the needs and qualities of each student. I believe that communication is essential, and at the beginning of each lesson I ask my students if they found my recommendations from the previous lesson helpful and how they see their progress. After this spoken introduction, we proceed to work on some warm-up and technical exercises. Then, we play some studies and pieces, or go over some music theory exercises, trying to apply the advice from the previous lesson and make further improvements. Finally, we conclude the lesson with a summary, listing the main key points and suggestions and comparing our experience to the previous lessons, trying to find a clear sense of progression and a coherent line of work towards a certain goal. This teleological mindset occupies a central position in my methodology, and I always encourage my students to look ahead and plan a series of stimulating events or challenges to look foward to, such as a concert, a recital, a presentation or an exam.
