A firm grasp of the theory of musical harmony is essential for every musician, at every level. This is an important aspect of music education, regardless of specialisation (performer, composer, analyst). This course will not only give you a strong foundation in the construction and manipulation of harmony but also will help you apply this knowledge in various different scenarios.

Music Producers and Sound Engineers, we use the expanded capabilities of studios to extend compositions into a device for arranging and composing (DAW: Logic Pro, ProTools, Ableton Live, OneStudio, Cubase, Reaper, Reason, etc). This has caused the recording studio to become a meta-instrument, to shape entire compositions. In my opinion, we are not any more composers of music, but we are composers of sound. As a music producer, not only the instrument played is decisive on the final result, but also the background elements, which can be heard or felt throughout the project, make such a big difference.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a professional drummer and music producer in London, I offer high quality lessons for drum kit and/or electronic music production, including sampling and beat making. Drum Lessons: the student will be guided through a program that will develop music theory , reading skills and technique in equal measure, including advice on how to practice effectively and apply the subjects learned to real life music making. Music Production Lessons: the student will learn how to use free, professional software, such as Apple's Garage Band for macOS or BandLab's Cakewalk for Windows users, to create his/her own tracks, by learning about music synthesis as well as contemporary production and mixing techniques.

Hi, I'm a french bassist based in London. I'm looking to give courses to people who want to learn bass basics or more advanced stuff, as much as technical skills (like slap) to harmony and theory. Also can give Upright Bass courses. I can learn several music styles, from jazz standards to pop/rock through hip hop and funk for all levels. I can also play bass synth and a little keyboard and guitar. I learned music at the Conservatory of Paris in France, starting cello at 5 in classical music, then started bass and upright bass at the jazz department. I have a lot of band experiences, from a small band to big band, played a lot of music styles with them like Latin, fusion, jazz-rock, funk, soul... As many covers as there are compositions. I give instrumental lessons in trombone, piano, cello and music theory lessons. I aim to provide a thorough grounding in fundamental technique, whilst allowing the student to explore the music that they are interested in. I can help pupils achieve grades but I do not focus extensively on moving through grades, in favour of exploring a broader range of music and styles.

I will always maintain a supportive and positive environment for the student, the objective being to help him / her reach his / her own goals in a way that is both challenging and fun. Giovanni started playing the guitar when he was 6 years old and he never stopped thanks to his passion and his devotion to music. He has played with many bands and artists and has also played on a TV talent show in Italy. He has taught for many years to students of all ages and in several different music schools. In 2016 he moved to London to study music performance at ICMP and to achieve a BA Hons 1st Class in performance and music composition. He is offering 1-2-1 guitar lessons to beginners/intermediate and advanced guitar students of all ages. He DBS certificated so he can offer private lessons to children in a completely safe environment. . A realised voice requires no attention on mechanics so that an individual can realise their performance potential. My aim is to support the strengthening and toning of the voice so that even in stressful scenarios, such as making a presentation or performing on stage, the individual can focus on delivering an engaging performance rather than having to think about vocal technicalities.

In particular, I specialise in tutoring Grades 1-5 Music Theory (ABSRM), Primary School Level and Secondary School Level up to Music GCSE.
